If you're not fully satisfied with your order, you can contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. We'll guide you through the process to make it smooth and fair.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, your order may already be in processing and cannot be changed.
- Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 5-10 business days.
Returns & Eligibility
We accept returns on unused patches within 30 days of delivery. If you've tried a few patches and they're not working for you, contact us - we're here to help find a solution that works.
We do not issue refunds for items that are:
- Used extensively or damaged due to misuse
- Returned without prior approval
- Returned outside the 30-day window

- A brief reason for return
Our team will confirm eligibility and provide next steps. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item was received damaged or defective (typically $3-8 for standard returns).
Return Inspection & Refund Timeline
Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5 business days for inspection. If approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method in USD ($). We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or for any foreign transaction fees.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged (not just packaging), contact us within 7 days of delivery.

- Clear photo(s) of the damage
We'll review and offer a replacement at no extra cost if damage is confirmed. Return shipping is free for defective items or if we made an error. Damage caused by wear, misuse, or external factors is not eligible for refund or replacement.
